Payment, packaging, delivery and refunds


We accept payments by Credit Card securely via Stripe and by Bank Deposit. Choose from these 2 options when in the checkout process.


Within NZ, unframed prints are placed in a clear sleeve with cardboard backer then sent flat-packed. Framed prints are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a protective cardboard shell.


We use NZ Post to deliver our orders and request a signature on delivery - a card should be left by the Courier if you are not home. We require a physical address for delivery so we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Printing is usually within 2-3 business days, and delivery times are approximately 4-7 business days - rural deliveries may take longer than standard postal addresses.

You can also pick up your order from our Studio in Athenree, Waihi Beach. Choose the 'pick up' shipping option when placing your order. We will send you an email when it's ready to collect.


We want you to be happy with your purchase! We check every order carefully before it leaves the Studio but in the unfortunate case of it arriving damaged please let us know within 48 hours by emailing 'designer@pets-ink.co.nz' quoting your 'order number' and your 'full name'. We can then work with you to replace the damaged goods, offer a store credit or refund you (exclusive of any shipping costs).
